Pilih Makanan Yang Minimally Processed<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebihkan makanan \u201creal food\u201d:<br>\u2714 sayur<br>\u2714 buah<br>\u2714 ayam<br>\u2714 ikan<br>\u2714 telur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurangkan makanan proses:<br>\u274c sosej<br>\u274c nugget<br>\u274c air kotak<br>\u274c makanan segera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Elakkan Pinggan \u2018Tinggi Lemak &amp; Tinggi Garam\u2019<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurangkan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>makanan bergoreng<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kari pekat bersantan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fast food<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keropok &amp; jajan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambil 1\u20132 kali seminggu sahaja jika mahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Kawal Saiz Hidangan<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Masalah kebanyakan rakyat Malaysia adalah <strong>portion<\/strong>, bukan jenis makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip mudah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>berhenti sebelum kenyang 100%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinggan kecil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kunyah perlahan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minum air sebelum makan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
